Nextant Aerospace Adds Four Points Aero Services To Its Global Network Of Service Centers

  • Dallas-based full service aircraft repair facility is the 12th center in Nextant’s dynamically expanding global customer support network
  • The appointment reflects a surge of demand from the domestic market and the upcoming service requirements of new owners and fleet operators

CLEVELAND, OHIO, April 3, 2014 – Nextant Aerospace (“Nextant”), maker of the Nextant 400XTi – the world’s only remanufactured business jet – and the forthcoming G90XT turboprop, today announced that it had appointed Four Points Aero Services (“Four Points”) as an authorized service center. Located at Love Field Airport, Dallas, Texas, the facility is the 12th center in Nextant’s dynamically expanding global customer support network.

The domestic market has improved significantly in recent months, accelerating the decision to expand the US service center network. Texas represents a significant portion of that growth and this, combined with its central location, makes Dallas an ideal location for the next service center.

Last year, Nextant signed a $202.5 million fleet conversion order with TMC. With more than 20% of global Beechjet 400A/Hawker 400XP fleet now committed to Nextant remanufacturing, the market is approaching a tipping point where remanufacturing is now the accepted long-term solution for competitive performance and value.

Four Points is a full service aircraft repair facility with over 25,000 square feet (2,323 square meters) of hangar space and a strong reputation for high-quality maintenance. Four Points’ technicians have significant experience on Nextant predecessor aircraft and provide a variety of services including airframe and engine maintenance, and major and minor repairs.

“The appointment of Four Points reflects our growing customer base and expanding requirements for first-rate engineering support in the US,” said Tony Kurpely, Director of Global Product Support at Nextant. “We are currently achieving better than 95% dispatch reliability with an average AOG downtime of just seven hours. We have built a global customer service infrastructure to achieve those targets and we are proud to welcome Four Points into the Nextant family.”

“Nextant remanufacturing is a game changer in business aviation, as demonstrated by the company’s global sales success,” said John Burnum, Director of Sales at Four Points Aero Services. “We are happy to be a part of that and to join their dynamically expanding network of service centers.”
