  • Nextant and Rockwell to Exhibit and Display New, Feature Rich Cockpit Evolution For World’s Most Successful Remanufacturing Program
  • Next Generation Cockpit Adds Synthetic Vision and ADS-B Out to Standard Configuration
  • In Addition to Factory Warranty, Best-In-Class Extended Warranty/Guaranteed Operating Cost Program Launched

CLEVELAND, OHIO, November 16, 2015 – Nextant Aerospace (a Directional Aviation Capital company), which makes the 400XTi, the world’s only remanufactured business jet, and Rockwell Collins announced today that they will launch and exhibit the next generation of the Pro Line 21 cockpit in the 400XTi at NBAA 2015 inside the exhibition center.

“With nearly 60 aircraft delivered to 12 different countries around the world, the 400XTi has proven that there is a global market for a remanufactured aircraft,” noted Jay Heublein, Executive Vice President for Nextant Aerospace. “Our customers have told us that they value a technology rich platform that is infinitely scalable to accommodate future enhancements combined with affordability both in terms of acquisition and sustainment costs. We have worked closely with Rockwell Collins to deliver on those points, and I believe that our new offering represents the best solution in the light jet category.”

“The 400XTi represents our most successful cockpit retrofit program for a business jet,” explained Craig Olson, Vice President and General Manager, Business Systems, Rockwell Collins. “We’re adding an impressive list of features to the four-display baseline system, like synthetic vision system (SVS), ADS-B Out, electronic charts, RF legs and optional features like wireless loading of databases, VHF Data Link for flight plan uploading and Link 2000+. The 400XTi with Pro Line 21 meets its customer needs anywhere in the world for today and tomorrow.”

“The XTi cockpit represents the absolute best value solution for the Beechjet airframe. In additional to the standard options, the customer has the option to add a fully integrated auto-throttle system,” elaborated Jay Heublein. “It is extremely important to note that this is the only cockpit solution that also offers the added benefit of a new technology engine solution, which is the key to long term viability for this airframe.”

The new generation cockpit can be seen in person at NBAA in the inside static display, position 6.
