Nextant European Charter Success Confirmed as Time Air Takes Delivery of Third 400XTi

  • 400XTi in-service performance proves it’s “ideal for European operations”
  • Current fleet notches close to three years of trouble-free service
  • Range, reliability, comfort and economics among key factors in re-order decision
  • 400XTi global fleet exceeds 50,000 hours

CLEVELAND, OHIO, May 19, 2015 – Nextant Aerospace (a Directional Aviation Capital company), which makes the award-winning 400XTi – the world’s only remanufactured business jet – and is currently flight-testing its new G90XT turboprop, today celebrated a further success in its penetration of the crowded European charter market.

The news is seen as a convincing statement of customer satisfaction from Prague-based charter operator Time Air, which became Europe’s first 400XT operator back in August 2012.

Martin Pražský, MD of Time Air, explains, “Our extensive experience with the 400XTi has proved that it really is the ideal choice for our European operations. We’ve worked our aircraft hard, but our service experience has been exceptionally good. For us, it’s that combination of great performance, low operating economics and Nextant’s product support department that makes the 400XTi a perfect solution for our business. Our pilots and customers give us very positive feedback, and it’s the same story in the finance department.”

Nextant EVP Global Sales and Marketing Jay Heublein highlighted the significance of Time Air’s repeat order. “We’re delighted that Time Air has given the 400XTi yet another vote of confidence. Manufacturers can make performance and profitability claims, but there’s no substitute for this level of real-world operational experience. Europe recognizes the value proposition that the Nextant 400XTi offers, and Time Air’s delivery of their third 400XTi has clearly demonstrated that the proven strengths of the aircraft is the key to success.”

Time Air are Nextant sales agents for several European countries including the Czech Republic, Germany and Austria.
